The work in the first half of 2019 has been completed, and Xinchang Mold has achieved good results. To thank all employees for their hard work and encourage them to continue striving for new heights in the second half of the year, as well as to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, enhance internal communication and cohesion within Xinchang. On July 2-3, 2019, Yan Lijun, General Manager of Xinchang Mold, led all Xinchang employees to launch a unique team building activity - Wugong Mountain Climbing Competition.

Wugong Mountain was once known as the three famous mountains in Jiangnan along with Hengshan and Lushan in history, and was named "Hengshou Luwei Wugong Middle". The main peak, Baihe Peak (Jinding), has an elevation of 1918.3 meters. During the mountaineering process, everyone competed and encouraged each other, showcasing the healthy, united, and uplifting spirit of Xinchang people. This team building activity has once again stimulated the positive mentality of all employees and enhanced the team cohesion of all employees in Xinchang.
